Thermometer

 Measures the temperature
Temperature is hot and cold
As the temperature rises the red moves up
As the temperature decreases the red moves down
Rain Gauge

 Measure rainfall
It has a ruler to measure how much rain has fallen.
Anemometer

 Measures how fast the wind blows
When the wind blows it spins.
Barometer

 Measure the air pressure
If the air pressure is low, the weather is bad.
If the air pressure is high, the weather is good.
